Principal's Message
It is my great privilege to welcome you to Tallawong Public School, a vibrant place of learning that will welcome students from Kindergarten to Year 6 on Day 1 2024. Tallawong Public School will provide exceptional learning programs in a supportive environment, empowering your child to explore their full potential.
The chance to be one of the founding families of Tallawong Public School is an exciting opportunity as we celebrate the establishment of a centre of excellence in learning and wellbeing. Our founding students and families will be making history and have the unique opportunity to contribute to the shaping of school values, motto, sports houses and so much more.
Behind the scenes, we are recruiting a passionate and knowledgeable team of teachers and office staff and ensuring all the necessary structures, procedures and processes are in place to support our opening in 2024. I look forward to introducing you to this team as they join us. I am also excited by the progress of the temporary and permanent schools. Both these spaces will be purpose-built to provide modern and comfortable spaces for students to learn.
Over the coming weeks and months there will be many opportunities to get involved. Regular updates and links to community consultation surveys and information sessions can be found on our Facebook page and I encourage each of you to follow our page so you stay informed.
If your child is due to join us in 2024 please complete the online enrolment so I can personally welcome you to Tallawong Public School. Doing this will also allow the school to accurately plan for student enrolment numbers and needs.
